77bat Terms & Conditions — Bangladesh Platform Rules

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 77bat website accessible at https://77bat.io, including all subpages, services, games, betting markets, and features made available thereon.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by a User on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all financial transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their Account using supported BDT payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and other bonus conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may make withdrawals or access certain Platform features.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction request submitted by a Player to have their Account access suspended for a specified or indefinite period.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on 77bat or by continuing to use the Platform after any revision of these Terms, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the version of the Terms in force at the time of your use. Acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite for registration and continued use of the Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, promotion terms, game rules, or supplementary policies published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

77bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except that material changes will be communicated to Players via email or an on-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the 77bat Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 77bat enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered players. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of geographic location within Bangladesh.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not subject to any court order, self-exclusion agreement, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from engaging in online betting or casino activities.
• You are acting on your own account and are not playing on behalf of, or at the direction of, any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account on 77bat that was terminated for breach of these Terms.

77bat takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage Player will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any winnings generated, which shall be forfeited. Any bonus funds associated with the Account will also be forfeited in full.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of 77bat services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making financial transactions — you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process:

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active Account at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alternative accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. 77bat reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual and to forfeit any balances held within them if multiple accounts are detected.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. 77bat is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted from your Account will be treated as having been carried out by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77bat immediately via the support email.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 77bat support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered BDT payment method following successful KYC verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Balance amounts.

5. KYC and Identity Verification

77bat is committed to operating a safe and transparent platform. As part of that commitment, we require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or unlocking certain account features. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if requested.

77bat aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Players are advised not to make large deposits prior to completing KYC, as withdrawal access will be restricted until verification is approved. 77bat reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending receipt of satisfactory documents.

Submission of false, forged, altered, or misleading documents during KYC will result in immediate and permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

77bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list is displayed on the Platform's deposit page.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though 77bat reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on large deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. 77bat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), subject to verification status and transaction volume. 77bat does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in the following circumstances: KYC not yet completed; outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Balance; suspected fraudulent activity under investigation; technical maintenance affecting the payment system. 77bat will notify you of any withdrawal suspension and the reason therefor within a reasonable time.

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering

77bat maintains and enforces an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. 77bat reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions and to delay or refuse withdrawal processing pending receipt of satisfactory documentation. Players must not use the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

77bat offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. A standard wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered the stated number of times before any resulting balance may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and Real Money Balance are tracked separately. Real Money Balance is used before Bonus Balance by default. Winnings derived from Bonus Balance are credited as Bonus Balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any bonus not used or wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any derived winnings being removed from your Account.
• 77bat reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a Player's Account and to amend bonus terms where required by operational or legal considerations.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play — will have their bonuses voided and may have their Accounts suspended.
• Certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) towards wagering requirements. The contribution rates applicable to each game type are specified in the individual promotion terms.

8. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the 77bat Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within each relevant section of the Platform.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to availability of the market at the time of placement. 77bat reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that it reasonably suspects are placed in breach of these Terms or in connection with match-fixing or other prohibited conduct.

8.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

Where a bet is accepted due to a manifest error in odds, line, or market — including but not limited to a typographical error, data feed error, or human error — 77bat reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. 77bat will not be liable for any loss resulting from the voiding of bets placed on erroneous odds.

8.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for particular sports, tournaments, and markets may modify this default position and are detailed in the relevant sports betting rules section.

8.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delays and may be suspended at any time. Bets placed during a suspension window are void. Live odds reflect the state of play as understood by the data provider and may not match the exact live position in real time. 77bat accepts no liability for inaccuracies in live data feeds.

9. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

77bat is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human manual play.
• Collusion with other Players to influence game outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Participation in, or facilitation of, match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any scheme to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any Player who discovers such a vulnerability must report it to the support team and must not exploit it. Exploitation of any bug will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play designed to exploit bonus terms, or using proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with the 77bat support team.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances. 77bat reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

10. Responsible Gaming

77bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from within your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that notify you when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77bat Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, page layouts, and underlying code — is the property of 77bat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 77bat. Scraping, data mining, or use of automated tools to extract content from the Platform is expressly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bat, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or profits arising from technical failures, payment processing delays, or system errors not caused by wilful misconduct on the part of 77bat.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or live data.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or actions of third-party service providers.

In any event, 77bat's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

77bat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we retain it, and what your rights are in relation to your data. 14. Account Termination

77bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Your Account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Continued operation of your Account poses a risk to 77bat, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.
• You are subject to a self-exclusion order or a regulatory restriction that prohibits your participation.

Upon termination for cause, 77bat reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from Bonus Balance. Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and, following a finding of misconduct, may be forfeited or returned to the originating payment method at 77bat's sole discretion.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. 77bat makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside its stated market.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, you and 77bat agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of resolving the dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
